We track every error that we make that would impact our customer and his or her peace of mind after trusting us with their business.

We call it an error if we:

  • Ship the wrong part
  • Ship to the wrong address
  • Fill out the packing slip incorrectly
  • Put the wrong Tag (lot) number on the paperwork and bag
  • Forget to include certifications when requested
  • Ship on the wrong date
  • Ship a discrepant part
  • Anything that causes our customer to not have parts ordered by the date quoted.

    Tracking these things and more, we have not been below 99.6% efficient since we started tracking in 1991. (as of 3/31/13)
